We envision
a world where every person and every community writes their own stories, and their leadership, creativity, and knowledge shape public policy and processes, the environments we inhabit, and the stewardship of resources and relationships.
We are a worker cooperative, with six worker owners, three affiliates, and an amazing array of partners.
We work on complex, creative projects, creating multi-disciplinary teams suited to create products, programs, and events that are carefully researched, beautifully crafted, and created in collaboration with diverse organizations and individuals. Together, we ask tough questions, lift up underrepresented perspectives, and work towards equity and justice on essential and existential issues for the New Orleans, Bulbancha, and the Gulf Coast region
