Multimedia Art, Events, and Exhibitions

We pair creative exploration with careful documentation and study. We draw and we make things. We use different mediums and techniques in search of the best ways to communicate complex information and inspire collective action. Dew Drop Inn

What we do

Community-based Planning & Design

We fight for the rights of underserved communities to plan, design, and create. We develop tools and methodologies to support the communities we work with to reimagine environments, infrastructure systems, and policies. Lincoln Beach Community Vision

What we do

Print & Digital Design

We create posters, zines, maps, photo essays, news features, books, videos, and websites. Through these outputs, we support public learning and civic engagement on issues that range from water infrastructure to the criminal legal system. Water Map

What we do

Multimedia Art, Events, and Exhibitions

Our work begins with questioning, looking, and listening. We connect with the people who are most directly affected by an issue or policy. We build our understanding by conducting interviews, organizing public conversations, capturing photo and video, and combing through maps and archives. Legacy of Central City Activity Book

What we do

Gulf South Open School

We are exploring how Gulf South residents come together to learn, explore, and create in the face of climate change, sea level rise, land loss, and environmental injustice. Join CS and our partners for hands-on activities, site visits, environmental stewardship, community dinners and conversations, and celebrations. Gulf South Open School
